I have always been passionate about developing and coaching people to fulfill their true potential.
In 2014 I left behind a well paid job to change my life. I wanted to write novels and work independently with individuals.
That is now what I do.
Sometimes in life, even if we can see where we want to be, we can’t quite work out how to get there. Whether it’s a change in work or a relationship, or an issue around confidence or negative beliefs, we can’t see the wood for the trees.
I offer coaching in all aspects of personal development, from career focused to purely creative and often a combination of the two.
I have twenty years experience of representing the powerless and invisible as a senior professional in the voluntary and community sector.
My last role was as Director of Public Policy at Action for Children. I have worked in the areas of public health, disability and sport. In addition those areas I have a specialist knowledge of mental health and LGBT issues.
I am a highly experienced public speaker and media spokesperson with frequent appearances on BBC News, SKY News, ITN and BBC Radio including Women’s Hour.
In addition to my books, my written work has ranged from peer-reviewed papers through to blogs for The Huffington Post and New Statesman.
